Terms of Service

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request

  • All payments are done through Paypal invoice, after the client has approved a rough sketch or thumbnail of the commission

  • After the payment has been made, refunds are not available

  • The commissions are for personal use only, and may be reposted and used with credit

  • I keep the right to post the commission on social media, though the client can ask to not have their commission posted

  • Only the client, me and those given permission can use the commission

  • The commissions must NOT be used for profit , AI or NFTs
